Commercial Sales advisor – Stoke office

we are now looking to recruit motivated, professional, and enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our established team to join our commercial line (motor trade) sales teams.

We are ideally looking for people with the below skills to work within our fast paced and challenging sales department:

Self-motivated and able to work to and achieve a variety of targets
The ability to close a sale and overcome objections successfully
Excellent rapport building and communication skills
Good computer skills including the use of word, excel and outlook
Professional, polite and a desire to earn money
An excellent telephone manner and the ability to deliver a high level of customer service

Your daily role will include:

Taking inbound calls from clients wanting to obtain an insurance quotation
Making outbound calls to customers who have left details on our website to provide a quotation
Fact finding and data inputting onto our in-house computer system
Provide advice to clients on insurance products
Closing sales and overcoming any objections raised

Sales advisor – Deeside location:

One Sure Insurance is one of Staffordshire’s most successful Insurance Brokers dealing in a variety of insurance products including motor trade, private car, commercial vehicle, and home insurance.

Due to our current growth and expansion, we are now looking to recruit motivated, professional, and enthusiastic Sales and Renewals Advisors to join our established team at our Deeside location with Staveley Head dealing with Taxi, Motorhome and Courier products.

Sales Coach – Stoke

 

we are now looking to recruit Sales Coach based in our Stoke office to ensure that all new starters and existing staff within the Sales department are trained to a high standard.

 

Reporting to the training manager, your daily role will include but not be limited to:

  • Providing sales new starters with full and thorough inductions both theory and software based
  • Completing initial sign off of new starters in Sales department
  • Developing and delivering training plans for new starters as well as a suite of soft skills courses to enhance existing sales staff knowledge
  • Identifying gaps in knowledge through training needs analysis
  • Ensuring that all staff members are performing to the best of their ability and are complying with Company Policy and Procedure, FCA and DPA requirements
  • Providing constructive feedback to staff to ensure they are continually developing and are aware of areas of improvement
  • Completing quality control call checks for sales calls
  • Deliver training at other One Sure Insurance sites as and when required

We are ideally looking for someone with the qualities below to work within our fantastic Training Team:

  • The ability to train and coach a variety of different personalities
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and rapport building skills
  • The capability to use a variety of learning styles
  • Confidence in training staff on a variety of insurance and in-house systems including CDL and the background to insurance.
  • The ability to display professionalism constantly
  • The ability to identify areas of underperformance and confidence to take the necessary steps to rectify these specific areas, sometimes involving management or HR.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and a good eye for detail
  • Basic insurance knowledge is desired for this role
  • Certificate for Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) desirable but not mandatory
  • Must have driver’s license and be willing to travel to other company sites on occasions

Quality Control Officer – Stoke

We are ideally looking for someone with the qualities below to work within the Quality Control Team in this technical and busy environment:

  • The ability to provide feedback in a constructive way to help develop staff.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • An excellent knowledge of insurance principles and products
  • Excellent people and rapport building skills
  • The ability to display professionalism and resilience constantly
  • The ability to identify trends
  • The ability to self-motivate and manage your own workload
  • Proficient in the Microsoft office suit
  • Excellent attention to detail

Your daily role will include but not be limited to:

  • Call checking employees on all insurance product types and providing detailed feedback on their calls/admin work.
  • Auditing competency assessments to ensure consistency with our company policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring that all staff members are performing to the best of their ability and are complying with company policies and procedures, FCA and DPA requirements.
  • Providing constructive feedback to staff to ensure they are continually developing and are aware of areas of improvement.
  • Ad hoc tasks as requested by the Quality Control Manager.
