Customer Service Advisor

Salary from £17,500 - £22,000

We are looking for champions. Passionate, confident communicators who are good listeners and have a world of empathy for our customers. We also think that a work life balance is very important, so you will only work Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

Your daily role will be dealing with calls from our customers from changing their policy to a shiny new car to discussing a missed payment. You don’t need to be an insurance expert; we’ll provide you with fantastic training – we feel our trainers are the best around! What you do need is:

Full Stack Developer

Salary – Negotiable

Due to continued growth and development, One Sure Insurance are now looking to recruit a Full Stack PHP programmer to join our expanding IT department. The ideal candidate will be a positive and motivated individual who has a vast amount of experience and displays a wide cross section of skills including, but not limited to the below:

  • PHP, version 7+, focus on OOP (Object Oriented Programming)
  • MVC (Model View Controller) frameworks
  • Strong database knowledge, specifically MySQL
  • Basic front-end skills

The below skills are desirable but not essential:

  • GIT
  • Docker
  • Understanding of an Agile environment
  • JavaScript, multi- browser, with focus on Firefox/Chrome, compatibility
  • CSS, similar to JS requirement
  • Twitter’s Bootstrap v2/3/4

Quality Control Officer

Salary – Starting at £17,500

Due to business growth, we now have a vacancy in our Quality Control team to ensure that all staff are compliant not only to FCA and DPA standards but our own company standards as well. We are ideally looking for someone with the qualities below to work within the Quality Control Team in this technical and busy environment:

  • The ability to provide feedback in a constructive way to help develop staff.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • An excellent knowledge of insurance principles and products

Your daily role will include but not be limited to:

  • Call checking employees on all insurance product types and providing detailed feedback on their calls/admin work.
  • Auditing competency assessments to ensure consistency with our company policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring that all staff members are performing to the best of their ability and are complying with company policies and procedures, FCA and DPA requirements.
  • Providing constructive feedback to staff to ensure they are continually developing and are aware of areas of improvement.
  • Ad hoc tasks as requested by the Quality Control Manager.

Customer Service Team Leader

Salary – Negotiable

Due to our current growth and expansion, we are now looking to recruit for the role of Customer Service Team Leader, to ensure that we continue to provide a high level of customer service and a fantastic experience to all One Sure customers.

We are ideally looking for someone with the qualities below to work with the current Management Team in this fast paced, demanding, and challenging department:

 

  • The ability to motivate a team of customer service staff
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent insurance knowledge would be an advantage
  • The ability to deal with escalated and difficult calls in a professional manner
  • Go the extra mile to ensure that all customers are treated fairly to ensure we retain as much business as possible
  • The ability to coach and train a team of staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good IT skills especially Microsoft Office suite
  • The ability to identify areas of underperformance and take the necessary steps to rectify these specific areas

 

Your daily role will include but not be limited to:

  • Motivating a team of customer service staff to ensure that both the Company and individuals are achieving set targets
  • Meet KPI’s that are set by the Head of Customer Contact about call answer rates and service levels
  • Provide detailed reports on customer service figures requested by the Head of Customer Contact
  • Ensuring that all staff members are performing to the best of their ability and are complying with Company Policy and Procedure, FCA and DPA requirements
  • Providing constructive feedback to staff to ensure they are continually developing and are aware of areas of improvement
  • Training and coaching staff to achieve targets and KPI’s that are SMART and set to enable them to progress in their career
  • Taking all types of customer service calls on all types of products

Renewals Advisor

Salary - £19,000 OTE up to £23,000

We are now looking to recruit the above role for the Renewals Department to ensure that we retain all possible business and offer a first-class level of service to all of our customers. We are ideally looking for someone with the qualities below to work within the team in this fast paced, demanding and challenging department:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to handle and overcome objections
  • Excellent questioning skills
  • Good understanding of the renewals process and the ability to close sales, up sell and cross sell additional products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive insurance knowledge and the ability to deal with queries from clients

Your daily role will include but not be limited to:

  • Taking all types of renewals calls and processing automatic renewals
  • Ensuring that only acceptable business is placed on our books to protect agencies
  • Meet KPI’s that are set by the Renewals Manager in regard to conversions and brokerage
  • Completing renewals administration tasks

Credit Control Advisor

Salary - £19,000 OTE up to £23,000

One Sure Insurance are an insurance Broker based in Kidsgrove, Stoke-on-Trent. Due to business growth, we are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic Credit Control Agent to join our Credit Control team.

Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Chasing clients for missed payments via telephone
  • Taking incoming telephone calls from clients wishing to make payment or negotiate payment arrangements.
  • Processing administration diaries
  • Reconciliation of Insurer Accounts
  • Banking Reconciliation
  • Managing a debtor’s ledger to reduce company debt.

The qualities required for this role are:

  • Experience of working in a credit control environment. (Essential)
  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent eye for detail.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload.
