Sales Advisors – basic salary up to £17,000 – OTE £40,000

One Sure Insurance is one of Staffordshire’s most successful Insurance Brokers dealing in a variety of insurance products including motor trade, private car, commercial vehicle and home insurance. Due to our current growth and expansion, we are now looking to recruit motivated, professional and enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our established team. We have vacancies in both our personal lines (car, van, bike and household) and commercial (motor trade, truck and SME) sales teams.
We are ideally looking for people with the below skills to work within our fast paced and challenging sales department:
Self motivated and able to work to and achieve a variety of targets
The ability to close a sale and overcome objections successfully
Excellent rapport building and communication skills
Good computer skills including the use of word, excel and outlook
Professional, polite and a desire to earn money
An excellent telephone manner and the ability to deliver a high level of customer service
Your daily role will include:
Taking inbound calls from clients wanting to obtain an insurance quotation
Making outbound calls to customers who have left details on our website to provide a quotation
Fact finding and data inputting onto our in-house computer system
Provide advice to clients on insurance products
Closing sales and overcoming any objections raised

Customer Service Advisor - Basic salary £15,000 - £17,000 plus bonus and benefits 

Here at One Sure Insurance we pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service. First call resolution is key to ensure our clients receive the highest level of customer service. You will deal with a variety of calls from midterm adjustments to payment calls, requests for duplicate documents to adding drivers. Being polite, professional building rapport and first call resolution is important in this role.

We are ideally looking for someone with the below skills to work within our fast paced and busy Customer Service department:

  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Motor vehicle insurance experience is an advantage
  • A brilliant telephone manner
  • The ability to build a rapport
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to resolve complaints professionally and in a timely manner
  • Excellent computer skills
  • The ability to provide a first call resolution on all calls
  • Cert CII qualified would be advantageous

Your daily role will include:

  • Taking all types of customer service calls and processing admin
  • Dealing with complaint calls
  • Complying with DPA (Data Protection Act), FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and Company Policy and Procedure
  • Liaising with Insurers and other third parties

Credit Control Advisor – up to £19,000 basic salary – OTE £23,500
Due to business growth, we are now looking to recruit the above role within the Company, to ensure that any outstanding monies owed are collected. We are ideally looking for someone with the qualities below to work within the Credit Control Team in this testing, fast paced and dynamic environment
The ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers
The skills to resolve issues and obtain money owed to the Company
An excellent eye for detail
The ability to be assertive when required
Excellent telephone manner
Your daily role will include but not be limited to:
Out bounding existing and past clients to obtain outstanding debts
Endeavour to recoup as much money owed to the Company as possible
Setting up payment plans to enable the Company to collect outstanding balances
Dealing with difficult customers and resolving complaints
Take incoming calls from clients wishing to make payments
Call third parties i.e. insurers to obtain figures and make referrals 
Processing any admin diary that is required
Reconciliation of insurer accounts
Create and manage repayment plans
Monitor Direct Debit payments/balances 
Issuing court proceedings to recoup monies owed
