Audit Advisor - Basic salary up to £17,000 per annum with OTE up to £22,000.

Due to business growth One Sure Insurance are now looking to recruit an audit advisor to work in our busy Audit Department to ensure that we convert all possible business correctly and offer a first-class level of service to all of our customers. We are ideally looking for someone with the qualities below to work within the Audit Team as part of a fast paced, demanding and challenging department:

•    Excellent attention to detail
•    Resilience and confidence to decline business that is not acceptable
•    Thorough when checking risk details 
•    Excellent questioning skills
•    Good understanding of the sales process and the ability to close sales, up sell and cross sell additional products
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically computer skills
•    Insurance knowledge 

Your daily role will include but not be limited to:
•    Taking all types of audit calls and setting up all types of insurance policies
•    Ensuring that only acceptable business is placed on our books to protect agencies
•    Achieving targets set by the Audit Supervisor 
•    Complete sanction and background checks and any other ad hoc admin tasks as required 
•    Speaking to third parties, including insurers, directors and other staff and supervisors
•    Maintain compliance at all times and ensuring compliance with DPA, FCA and treating customers fairly

Administration Assistant - Basic up to £16,000 on target earnings of £17,000

Here at One Sure Insurance we pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service. First call resolution is key to ensure our clients receive the highest level of customer service. You will deal with a variety of calls and administration tasks from midterm adjustments to payment calls, requests for duplicate documents to adding drivers. Being polite, professional and building rapport is important in this role. 
We are ideally looking for someone with the below skills to work within our fast paced and busy Customer Service department:
•    Experience in a customer service and administration environment
•    Motor vehicle insurance experience is an advantage
•    A brilliant telephone manner
•    The ability to build a rapport 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    The ability to resolve complaints professionally and in a timely manner
•    Excellent computer skills
•    The ability to provide a first call resolution on all calls
•    Good time management skills

Your daily role will include:
•    Taking all types of customer service calls and processing admin
•    Dealing with complaint calls
•    Complying with DPA (Data Protection Act), FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and Company Policy and Procedure
•    Liaising with Insurers and other third parties

Super User – basic salary up to £18,000

Due to our current growth and expansion we are now looking to recruit for Super Users to work in numerous departments. We are ideally looking for people with the below skills to work with the HR Manager and management team in this fast paced and challenging role:
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    The ability to resolve complaints professionally and in a timely manner
•    Excellent telephone manner and the ability to deliver a high level of customer service
•    Insurance experience in the motor industry
•    Excellent time management skills
•    Good computer skills 
•    Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change quickly

Your daily role will include:
•    Taking all types of calls in regards to a variety of insurance products in several departments and processing admin on a daily basis
•    Dealing with escalated complaint calls both verbally and written
•    Ensure compliance to the Company’s policies and procedures and regulatory bodies for example DPA, FCA. 

Sales Advisors – basic salary up to £17,000 – OTE £40,000

One Sure Insurance is one of Staffordshire’s most successful Insurance Brokers dealing in a variety of insurance products including motor trade, private car, commercial vehicle and home insurance. Due to our current growth and expansion, we are now looking to recruit motivated, professional and enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our established team. We have vacancies in both our personal lines (car, van, bike and household) and commercial (motor trade, truck and SME) sales teams.
We are ideally looking for people with the below skills to work within our fast paced and challenging sales department:
•    Self motivated and able to work to and achieve a variety of targets
•    The ability to close a sale and overcome objections successfully
•    Excellent rapport building and communication skills
•    Good computer skills including the use of word, excel and outlook
•    Professional, polite and a desire to earn money
•    An excellent telephone manner and the ability to deliver a high level of customer service
Your daily role will include:
•    Taking inbound calls from clients wanting to obtain an insurance quotation
•    Making outbound calls to customers who have left details on our website to provide a quotation
•    Fact finding and data inputting onto our in-house computer system
•    Provide advice to clients on insurance products
•    Closing sales and overcoming any objections raised

Renewals Advisor – up to £17,000 basic salary – OTE £23,500

We are now looking to recruit the above role for the Renewals Department to ensure that we retain all possible business and offer a first-class level of service to all of our customers. We are ideally looking for someone with the qualities below to work within the team in this fast paced, demanding and challenging department:

•    Excellent attention to detail
•    The ability to handle and overcome objections 
•    Excellent questioning skills
•    Good understanding of the renewals process and the ability to close sales, up sell and cross sell additional products
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Extensive insurance knowledge and the ability to deal with queries from clients 

Your daily role will include but not be limited to:
•    Taking all types of renewals calls and processing automatic renewals
•    Ensuring that only acceptable business is placed on our books to protect agencies
•    Meet KPI’s that are set by the Renewals Manager in regards to conversions and brokerage
•    Complete renewals administration tasks
