Customer Service Advisor - Basic salary £15,000 - £17,000 plus bonus and benefits

Here at One Sure Insurance we pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service. First call resolution is key to ensure our clients receive the highest level of customer service. You will deal with a variety of calls from midterm adjustments to payment calls, requests for duplicate documents to adding drivers. Being polite, professional building rapport and first call resolution is important in this role.
We are ideally looking for someone with the below skills to work within our fast paced and busy Customer Service department:
Experience in a customer service environment
Motor vehicle insurance experience is an advantage
A brilliant telephone manner
The ability to build a rapport
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to resolve complaints professionally and in a timely manner
Excellent computer skills
The ability to provide a first call resolution on all calls
Cert CII qualified would be advantageous
Your daily role will include:
Taking all types of customer service calls and processing admin
Dealing with complaint calls
Complying with DPA (Data Protection Act), FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and Company Policy and Procedure
Liaising with Insurers and other third parties

Administration Assistant – Basic up to £16,000 on target earnings of £17,000

Complaints Handler - Basic salary £16,500 - £18,000 plus benefits
 
Here at One Sure Insurance we pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service. First call resolution is key to ensure our clients receive the highest level of customer service. In this role you will look to receive calls and letters from clients who feel that they have not been provided with the level of service they expected and resolve any issues in a timely manner. 
We are ideally looking to recruit someone who can:

Act with integrity by demonstrating fairness and impartiality.
Actively seek feedback from customers and colleagues.

Escalate all unresolved complaints to Line Manager.
An excellent eye for detail and the ability and confidence to handle challenging situations

Outbound Manager

We now have an exciting vacancy within our Management Team. We are looking to recruit a motivated, professional and enthusiastic Outbound Manager to join our established team.

We are ideally looking for people with the below skills:

  • The ability to coach and develop a team of staff to hit KPI targets
  • Operate a dialler system to its best ability
  • Build relationships with people within the Company
  • Provide monthly 1 to 1 ones and detailed feedback to staff on their performance
  • Attention to detail and the ability to spot trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Your daily role will include but not be limited to:

  • Analyse data and provide detailed reports on the findings
  • Manning call queues and achieving contact rates
  • Produce staff rota’s and collate figures for target purposes
  • Liaising with people of all levels across the business
  • Conduct call checks on staff and provide feedback
  • Provide monthly reports to the Head of Operations and Directors
  • Transfer leads into the sales team

Compliance Assistant – up to £17,000 basic salary
 
Due to business growth One Sure now have a vacancy in our compliance team to ensure that all staff are compliant, not only to FCA and DPA standards but our own Company standards as well. We are ideally looking for someone with the qualities below to work within the Compliance Department in this technical and busy team:
The ability to provide feedback in a constructive way to help develop staff
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
An excellent knowledge of insurance
Excellent people and rapport building skills
The ability to display professionalism constantly
The ability to identify areas of underperformance and take the necessary steps to rectify these specific areas
Excellent attention to detail
 
Your daily role will include but not be limited to:
Call checking employees on all product types and providing detailed feedback on their calls/admin work
Completing compliance sign off of new starters in all departments
Ensuring that all staff members are performing to the best of their ability and are complying with Company Policy and Procedure, FCA and DPA requirements
Providing constructive feedback to staff to ensure they are continually developing and are aware of areas of improvement
Ad hoc tasks as requested by the Compliance Manager
 

Sales Advisors – basic salary up to £17,000 – OTE £40,000

One Sure Insurance is one of Staffordshire’s most successful Insurance Brokers dealing in a variety of insurance products including motor trade, private car, commercial vehicle and home insurance. Due to our current growth and expansion, we are now looking to recruit motivated, professional and enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our established team. We have vacancies in both our personal lines (car, van, bike and household) and commercial (motor trade, truck and SME) sales teams.

We are ideally looking for people with the below skills to work within our fast paced and challenging sales department:
•    Self motivated and able to work to and achieve a variety of targets
•    The ability to close a sale and overcome objections successfully
•    Excellent rapport building and communication skills
•    Good computer skills including the use of word, excel and outlook

•    Making outbound calls to customers who have left details on our website to provide a quotation

•    Provide advice to clients on insurance products
•    Closing sales and overcoming any objections raised
