Christmas Jumper Day At One Sure

For Christmas Jumper Day on Thursday, 7th December, the Christmas season was in full swing in the One Sure Insurance offices.

Our team put their best festive foot forward with plenty of seasonal sweaters and accessories to spread a little holiday cheer to raise money for Save The Children. We’re delighted to announce that we smashed our £200 fundraising target! 

Highlights from the day included classic snowflake motifs and eighties-inspired Wham! jumpers, bright green Grinch hoodies, and even a few sloth Santas!

What is Christmas Jumper Day?

Christmas Jumper Day usually takes place during the first week of December. 

The motto of Christmas Jumper Day is to ‘make the world better with a sweater’, which perfectly encapsulates the reason behind it.

Everyone who wears a festive outfit on the big day also donates to the chosen charity. It’s a simple yet extremely effective and fun way to give back to a great cause.

It was created by Save The Children, which aims to improve the lives of young people across the globe. The non-profit’s main goal is to support children’s rights worldwide to ensure they have access to food, education, and medical care.
