To celebrate National Random Acts of Kindness Day, we decided to pay it forward with a small act of kindness in our local area.

The atmosphere was truly buzzing at the Costa Drive-Thru on Congleton Road in Talke, Stoke-on-Trent – and it wasn’t just due to the espresso. 

On Friday, 16th February, in celebration of National Random Acts of Kindness Day, the One Sure Insurance team decided to surprise forty lucky customers at our local Costa with free £5 Costa gift cards.

National Random Acts of Kindness Day is a day dedicated to encouraging people to perform random acts of kindness for strangers. 

Originating in the United States in 1995, this national day promoting kind gestures has now caught on across the globe.

It is usually observed every year on February 17th. However, we decided to kick off the festivities early to give the community that Friday feeling!

We’d like to extend a huge thank you to the Costa team for being so helpful and accommodating. In particular, we’d also like to give a special mention to Sam and the baristas based in Talke, who kindly helped us spread a bit of cheer in-store and at the drive-thru.
