In our payments guide, we’ll take you through all of the methods we use to process payments and help you find your preferred one.

There are a few ways that you can make a payment. In this guide, we’ll take you through each one. 

How do I make a payment to One Sure Insurance?

There are three ways to make a payment to us:

  • A Blink payment via our website.
  • A payment via our customer area.
  • A BACS payment made via your banking app or website.

How do I make a payment via the One Sure customer area?

Making a card payment online is the fastest way of submitting a payment to us.

Head to the One Sure homepage and hover your mouse over the ‘Existing Customers’ option on the menu. 

Click ‘My Account’ to log into your dashboard.

Find the ‘Make a Payment’ option on the left-hand side of the page, on the third menu.

 If you don’t wish to pay online, you can call our support team on 01782 900974, who can assist with the process on the phone.

How to make a Blink payment

To make a blink payment, you can do so online via our One Sure Blink payment portal

You can find this by heading to the main menu on our home page and selecting ‘Payments’.

This will take you to the following blink payment page, as seen below.

Fill out the form with your card details, the address your card is registered with, your reference number, email and full name. 

How to make a BACS payment

BACS stands for Bankers’ Automated Clearing Services. It’s a simple method of transferring money between bank accounts.

We’re happy to accept BACS payments if it is your preferred payment method. You can pay via BACS online or if you don’t wish to pay online but would prefer to make a BACS payment, please call us on 01782 900974.

Here’s a simple guide on how to make a BACS payment:

  1. Go to your bank’s website and log in to your online banking account. Alternatively, you can use your banking app. 

Head to your payments section and look for the option to make a BACS payment. It might be listed as “BACS” or “Bank Transfer.”

  1. Fill in the following payment details:
  • Recipient: One Sure Insurance
  • Account number: 10143634. 
  • Sort Code: 16-34-31.
  • The amount you need to pay.
  • For a payment reference to help us identify your payment, please use your policy number or reference number.
  1. Before confirming the payment, double-check all the details you entered to ensure they are correct. Your bank should confirm that our account is from the Royal Bank of Scotland.
  1. Once you’re satisfied that all the details are correct, confirm the payment. This might involve entering a code sent to your mobile or using another form of authentication.
  1. Next you should receive a confirmation message or email. This will usually include details of the payment, such as the transaction reference number.

Keep in mind that BACS payments typically take a few days to process, so remember to keep a record of the payment for your own records. This could be just a simple note, a screenshot or saved receipt.

I usually pay via Close Brothers Premium Finance. Can I pay directly to you instead?

Please do not pay us any payments that are normally collected by Close Brothers Premium Finance.

Instead, contact Close Brothers Premium Finance using the details on your credit agreement for more advice on the next steps to take.
